Positive: Amazing location and good customer service

Awful. Didn’t stay
Positive: The fake angles they upload to seem like the property is well kept and up to date.
Negative: Bits throughout the apartment broken/damaged.
Mold in the fridge
Wires hanging out in the hallway/ bathroom.
Key safe on side of building on a building site.
All images they uploaded cut off every problem throughout the property.
When we tried to complain they sent us a text fabricating lies even though we have proof of when we left the property and had to book a different hotel having 2 children with us.

Absolutely fantastic weekend
Positive: The location great .the apartment so comfy . Had everything you need .apart from hair dryer did not work other than that would definitely stay again .
