A wonderful stay in a clean, comfortable apartment — I would happily stay here again. Positive: The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay, and the layout made it feel spacious and welcoming. The location was also excellent and very convenient. Negative: Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like.

FAKE PICTURES, UNHYGIENIC, AVOID AT ALL COSTS Positive: Nothing Negative: Absolutely disgusting. I don’t know why they think it’s acceptable to make people sign an agreement and take a deposit of £150 for damages and ruining bedding when they provide apartments in a bad state. Blood and yellow stains all over the bedding. Hair all over the bedsheets, pillows and even in the shower. Cleaners were sent to the apartment at check in time so cleaning was rushed check in was delayed. As soon as I got in floors were soaking wet. Fair enough I was offered an alternative once I explained I wasn’t happy but again I got moved to another apartment in the same state, if not even worse as the shower had black debris coming up from the drain. THE PICTURES DO NOT REFLECT HOW THE APARTMENT IS GIVEN AT ALL. IT IS ALL A HAUX. WOULD NEVER RETURN TO SUCH A DISGUSTING PLACE.

Positive: Super clean and comfy. Definitely recommend, would stay again. Negative: n/a, other than upstairs people were noisey at times.
