Negative: Didn’t like the check in as we had to go to the Haus office and pay a deposit etc, this was not explained on the booking it also said for check out on here, put the key in the key box, there was a box large letter box type with large drop down flap which is where I put the keys as described on here. Then later in the day I was phoned asking for the keys. The info on Bookings.com doesn’t match the way this company works. Would be useful to correctly write the rules/ procedures on here to avoid confusion to people as your office (Haus) is at least a 15min walk from the property. Property very clean and very good however not a cup or mug to make a coffee or cup of tea. 👍
