What an amazing stay couldn’t appreciate the beautiful aesthetics of this house. It’s been completed to a very high stan

Positive: Very beautiful exceptional house in Birmingham, huge and has got everything you need.Highly recommend it for everyone. We stayed family of 4. Kids loved the massive bath tub and underfloor heating really lovely too. Negative: Only bit didn’t like it we were disturbed by the person on the phone who claimed there is something not working in the house called as security breach we told them they can do it while we away for lunch, returned home around 6 ish in evening nothing was done and man came to do the job while we were having family time. Such a shame as those things should be done either before you renting the house make sure it’s ready. We explained that it’s evening already and we are having family time and didn’t wanted to be disturbed while we in, the man on the phone was very annoyed and rude. I understand that you wish over distance to see temperature of the house and staff but this is wasn’t urgent to brag in 7pm in evening to do a job. Apart from this misunderstanding we have had no issues. So lack of professionalism here a bit. Also there was a pile of rubbish bags in front garden and full bin of garbage needed to be taken out but no one’s seems interested in it.

Comfortable and Clean Positive: It was spacious, Netflix was available for the kids to watch TV while I sorted out bits. We had plenty of space to sleep, beds were comfortable. It was nice and warm when we arrived, it was a last minute booking but everything was sorted out and ready for us. Negative: The kitchen floor needed some cleaning but apart from that everything was clean.
