Super King - Parkside Central Apartment - Terrace

Acceptable for one night. Could benefit from a few upgrades. Positive: Nice apartment, could benefit from new pillows as they were flat, and mattress as the springs kept making popping noise when lying in bed. Negative: Had to walk to another address to retrieve the keys to get in and the same again to check out. Why not put the lock box outside the property we booked.

Accommodating hosts and comfortable stay Positive: I had asked for an earlier check in and check out quite last minute and they were accommodating and maintained great communication with me for updates. I felt very comfortable staying here.

Clean, welcoming property, helpful staff Positive: Property was clean, easy to locate, spacious and well looked after. The operating staff on the phone very polite and helpful, had several stays with these guys and had an amazing time. You can tell they genuinely want their guests to have a good stay. Amazing cleaning staff too. Had left some belongings and arrived to them ready for me to collect. Great wifi to. Beautiful property
