Luxury Two Bedroom Apartment - Jewellery Quarter

Excellent stay and value for money! Positive: Very clean and impeccable. Good facilities. Spacious. Locked parking Negative: No extra rubbish bag provided. No clear info on wifi password. Had to go to the office and ask.

Absolutely perfect place to relax after spending the day exploring. Will definitely book again when wanting to visit Bir Positive: The apartment was absolutely perfect for our needs. It was very well equipped with a large television and comfy sofa in the lounge. The two bedrooms were huge and both en-suite with a shower in one and bath in the other. The place was extremely clean and loved the toiletries provided. The location was perfect for the Utilita arena which we were attending - a mere five minute walk to the end of the street. It was also super convenient for the city centre and New Street Station. Dealt with two members of staff and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you for a great stay. Negative: The main lock to enter the lobby was a bit temperamental but a member of staff came to show us how to open it - there was a knack to it and the member of staff that showed us how to do it was very helpful and friendly.

Positive: Very lovely place for the children and myself! Clean, tidy, fully equipped. We liked it and definitely will come back.
