Horrible & Uncomfortable stay Positive: Absolutely nothing at all terrible experience Negative: I recently stayed at a property and encountered several serious issues, including a strange smell, a squeaky bed felt as if its almost falling apart, black stuff on the ceiling, a non-working TV, and a cold shower with absolutely no hot water. We had to leave after just 3 hours off checking in and book another hotel near by due to these problems as it was very uncomfortable. It’s been a very disappointing experience and worst of all I contacted booking.com in regards to this which they told me they have tried to contact the property many times in regards to this matter but did not get any response from the property which says a lot about the place.

An excellent stay Negative: The lock box was difficult to access.

Amazing Positive: Is in the central area, have a lot of nice places to eat and have some drinks around, have Boots, Tesco and Sunsbury really closer . Is a very nice neighbourhood. Clean, big, warm and comfortable accommodation. Negative: Was everything perfect, nothing to complain.

Absolutely unforgettable Positive: The living room was beautiful and clean same to the bedroom and the toilet Negative: The tv language was in arabic and was finding difficult to change it

lovely stay- Perfect location! Positive: often in this area for work and it’s in a great location. Cleaning standard was very high and bed was really comfortable. WiFi was fast which was great for work. Recommend to other people looking to book in this area.
